Getting A Closer Look to Arabella-A Special Tour in Our Story
Special Children’s Day happened in Arabella Clothing. And this is Rachel, the junior e-commerce marketing specialist here sharing with you, since I am one of them.:)
We are arranged a tour to our own factory for our new sales team on June. 1 st, whose members are basically freshmen in our company. Bella, our business manager, senses that it is neccessary for all every new colleague to learn how we run and work hard on every clothes for our customers.
In the early morning, we reached to the factory, where our business started. And received the best greetings from our senior staff even they were busy all the time. However, they hardly refused to share everything about their works. Emily, one of our top-sale sales managers, joined in our tour and guided us having a basic tour in the whole factory, so as our personnel staff Xiaohong.
One Brief Tour of our Factory
There are about 2 floors in total, on the top for us business office , sample room, R&D department, laboratory then is our biggest warehouse with various of accessories and textiles. And the second floor is the main production department, where our workers dealing with our material and packing the products up.
Two Practical Lessons We Took
In the afternoon, we took 2 important courses from our internal merchandising manager, Miao, and Emily we mentioned above, who is the top-selling manager.
The first course from our amazing sis, Miao, she is the manager of our materials and crafts. Our company could hold various clothing crafts. Miao shared a lot about different types of crafts and the time they might take. One of most popular craft is 3D embossed recently.
The second lesson was Emily, sharing the experience about the first-time she received an inquiry and how she gets along with customers.(most of them are still our big client now.). It is quite important to receive the visit from our customers properly since they choose us. Also the respects and cummunications.
We deeply are proud of them since they worked hard on every details carefully, which inspires us the most.
Three Partnerships We Visited
Besides the tour inside our factory, we also went to our partnership’s factory and had learned more about our logo crafts and printing.
The manager of the factory loved to share as well, we were guided to his factory to see how they work and what kind of crafts they owned. We comes to the printing and logos, he barely hesitated to share his hundreds kinds of styles printing crafts for us. About crafts in clothing, it seemed the knowledges are infinite and essential.
We went to another 2 factory who also worked with us, they did embroidery and manual printing(manual printing can keep a longer time since the material is special and can keep your printing for a longer time.). Yet, to protect the commercial contact with their client, we are not allowed to take photos about them. But they still were willing to share their knowledge with us which enlightened us a lot.
The End of the Trip
From my point of view, it was a special Children’s Day we ever had.
Actually, the managers and staff we contacted with, most of them had kids at home. And they supposed to be allowed having a half-day off to stay with their children. But they chose us. And I think this is also the best gift we received on this day.
In return, I think we should also share this gift to all the customers who choose our company, to give them the best-quality products, services and respects.
An Interlude We Got
Actually we did received a special gift from our customers unexpectedly—-A bunch of flowers from Apparelmark(a fashion workshop focus on the clothing design and works on eco-friendly, technical wearing). It was so lovely that all our members had recorded a thanking video for them.
