Factory Visits Memos in Arabella Clothing

1.Patterning & Sampling Department

Sampling is an initial and crucial phase for activewear and athleisure startups.

Arabella owns an experienced, professional clothing sampling and mock-up team that can help you make your designs into reality percisely. When our clients visit our factory, our team can source fabrics, measure your sizes and make a prototype sample at the scene.

For the sampling room, we have 15 sampling workers with over 5 years experience , 6 pattern makers with 5-10 years experience, 1 cutting staff, 1 sample inspection staff, 1 patterning manager with over 20 years experience as well as 1 technical manager that have been working over 18 years. Most of our workers here have been in their position over 7 years.

Normally, our samples here can reach 2000 pcs/month.

2.Laboratory for Testing Fabrics

As a high-end activewear manufacturer, quality matters most.

Arabella sets up our own laboratory to test each chosen fabric quality. We have introduced multiple equipment for testing fabric stretch & burst, pilling & fuzzing, color fastness under different conditions such as temperatures or different soap solutions, shrinkage as well as logo quality. We can provide test reports for our clients, too.

3.Warehouse

Our warehouse is where Arabella places fabrics, accessories and yarns storage.

All the bulk accessories like waistbands, eyelets will be checked before moving into bulk production. Particularly, we have introduced fabric inspection machine for checking fabrics before bulk production. All the inspection standards will follow the standard of AQL 2.5.

4.Pre-production Section

Before garments sewing, Arabella needs to pre-process fabrics for bulk production orderly.

Here are the neccessary procedures that we will handle: fabrics pre-shrinking, relaxation, fabrics spreading and bulk cutting, panels cutting and panels checking.

Normally, the loosened fabrics will need to stand by for about 24-48 hours, then put into bulk production.

5.Bulk Production Lines

To ensure both product quality and production capacity, Arabella has established one group of molding lines, multiple sewing lines and automated hanging systems for our workshops.

Our molding machines are used for precise positioning of logos, pockets, and zippers on a wide range of outdoor and activewear products, including tracksuits, jackets, and cargo hiking pants, ensuring high design accuracy and consistency. Arabella is equipped with a full range of sewing machines to meet different stitching requirements, such as bartack, flatlock, overlock, colorlock, and more.

Also, our introduced automated hanging system to further improve production efficiency. Every producing group has set 1 group leader and 1 QC-checking staff for semi-products.

For reference, each production line can reach a daily output of 2,000 pieces at least.

6.Inspection Section

Quality matters. A Lot.

Regarding bulk production, Arabella Clothing has not only assigned QC staff and a group leader to each production line to check garment panels and semi-finished items, but has also established a dedicated inspection area. Here, all finished products are inspected after ironing and before packing. Any defective products are marked and remade on the same day. Once the final inspection is complete, the products are ironed and then packed. Simultaneously, our packing group sets aside at least one shipment sample for our sales representatives to show to clients.

7.Packing & Shipment

All the products will be packed percisely then move to shipment.

Capable of providing door-to-door services, Arabella Clothing supports shipping your products with flexible logistic sources such as by express, train, sea or air, and multiple payment terms such as EXW, DAP, DDP.,etc. Except our internal bulk shipment inspection, Arabella also can assist our clients on a third-party inspection if they need.
