Fabric

On Nov.28th, Arc’teryx Equipment announced that they are about to collaborate with ALUULA Composites (a Canadian material research & development company), to launch high-performance outdoor products with a focus on recyclability.

This initiative aligns with the European Parliament’s resolution for durable and recyclable textile products by 2030, aiming to drive the development of sustainable materials and circular systems.

Expo

According to the ISPO news released on Nov.27th, the European Championship and the Paris Olympics will be the two major sport events that might make a difference to the sport market.

The leading sports brands who possibly collaborate with multiple games, Adidas and Nike, are expected to maintain their dominance. However, Patagonia has gained widespread consumer recognition for its commitment to sustainability, potentially elevating it to the top tier. In addition, attention should be given to forward-thinking brands including VF, The North Face, and Vans. These developments present significant opportunities for brands to engage with consumers during these high-profile events.
