Arabella’s New Sales Team Training Still Keeps Going On


Since the last time factory tour of our new sales team and the training for our P.M Department , Arabella’s new sales department members still works hard on our daily training.  As a high-end customization clothing company, Arabella always pays more attention to the development of each employee and gives high support to them, to expect a higher return from them also could dig deeply on their potiential abilities. Last time it was a tour, and in the next several days, we are going to show you about the recent trainings we have ever made.

Morning Reading

“Books are the stepping stones to human progress.”, once said by Gorki, a well-known Russian writer that we ever are familar with. Therefore a small morning reading party has been born recently in our new office. On the morning of Tuesday and Wednesday, our members will gather around then read a book named “Living the Inamori Way: A Japanese Business Leader’s Guide to Success”, written by Inamori Kazuo, a legendary Japanese entrepreneur that has ever established Kyocera (a Japanese company specialized in ceramics that ranks to the top 500 of the world) as well as saved an airline company back to life. It will take about 10 minutes for us to read one chapter and everyone will go with a few paragraphs. “During the 3-year pandemic”, Bella who is our manager said, “there are so many companies have been broken, however our company still stands here because of this book. It inspired our senior members a lot to keep moving on and diving in their works.”

Manners Training

Arabella respects every foreign customer. Thus our members are required to understand the habits, culture and manners of different country. Besides, it is also neccessary for each member to understand the international etiquette to deal with our client who comes afar.. Therefore we set a course for it. It is so appreciate that our HR manager as well as an excellent tutor, Sophia, made this course vividly and everyone enjoy it. It is an art for us to take care of each customer including handshakes, gestures, expression even the standing and sittings. Each gesture might have different sayings and meanings, which we especially need to pay attention to these details.

Self-learning & Sharing

Our new members are happily to do self-learning during work but also love to share. They love to teach each other and share the knowledge every day. This learning atmosphere surrounding us makes every grow rapidly. Arabella encourages to learn to each other since everyone has unique advantage and once they mix together, we might amplify our greatest return.
