In order to improve the efficiency and offer high-quality products to customers, Arabella starts a 2-month new training for employees with the main theme of “6S”management rules in P.M Department(Production&Management) recently. The whole training includes various contents such as courses, group competitions and games, in case to raise our employees’ enthusiasm, implementation capacity and team spirit to work together. The training will go with different kinds of forms and held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in every week.
Why We Have to Do This?
Training for employees is important since it can grow their knowledge and establish a firm base on skills during works. Despite the cost of training for employees, the return of investment is infinite and will show during our productions. The train starts this week included group competitions, courses about how to improve efficiency, details of producing and quality-checking and so on. Which provide more abilities and confidence for our group.

Keep Growing & Have Fun
One of most interesting parts of training was the group competitions. We separated our staff into several teams to have a game, which aiming to arouse their positivity in working. Every team had an special name and chose a team song to inspire themselves, also added more fun when they had this competition.
