Arabella Clothing Warmly Welcomed Customers to Visit Our Factory!

On June 3, 2019, Arabella Clothing received a warm visit from clients, we warmly welcomed them.

The customers visited our sample room, checked our workshop from the pre-shrinking machine, our auto-cutting machine, our clothing hanging system, the inspection process, our packing process.

How Clothes Are Manufacturered?

As one of professional clothing manufacturers, Arabella provided them a comprehensive view to let our customers know the manufacturing of our active apparel. In general, it can be divided into 3 stages: designing and sampling, samples confirming and bulk production, then move to inspection and shipment.

As for the bulk production, we started from fabric shrinking. It is a necessary process for knitted fabrics to be shrinked so that we control the size accuracy. Then they need to be set aside about 48 hours. 

Once they are prepared, we will arrange them to auto-spreading and cutting machine. Our cutting team will receive a pattern paper at first. Next, bulk fabrics will be cut roughly based on the pattern paper then move to panel-cutting machine, which makes them into panels for sewing teams.  Before sewing, our panel checking team needs to check panels at first to ensure the quality and accuracy of panels. Normally, they need to be checked twice.

The panels will be handed to sewing team afterwards. We have several different types of sewing machines for flatlock, overlock and colorlocks. The panels will be sewn by different machines based on the PP sample. 

Finally, the finished products will be sent to finished products for an inspection. Our inspection team will check apparel sizes, logos, stitches then hand them over to ironing and packing team. Our packing team will check the products again before the products go packing.

This is a basic procedure about how clothes are manufactured. Our customers have visited a lot of equipment supporting garment massive production and they are satisfied about them.

A Visit is Ended, but Partnership Goes On

It can be concluded that our clients are satisfied with our scales and capabilities. We established a trustable and firm partnership at first time with our clients.
