Q: Are you a factory or a trading company or both? 

A: We’re an integrated OEM clothing factory owing both import and export rights, so all products can be shipped abroad directly.

Q. What types of apparel are you producing?

A: As an OEM and ODM activewear supplier, we specialize in premium and performance activewear and athleisure. Such as performance wear and yoga wear like high-impact sports bras or leggings, also fitness and gym wear, running and racing wear, as well as tennis and golf apparel. We keep expanding our athletic clothing categories to make sure we can match the market.

Q: Do you offer private label activewear manufacturing?

A: Yes, we do. As a full-service manufacturer for activewear and athleisure, we can help you develop best fabrics for activewear, custom tags, private labels even packages. We have rich experience in serving global clothing brands with OEM and ODM services.

Q: What’s your sample fee and sample lead time for custom activewear?

A: For custom athletic clothes, our sample fee starts with USD 50/pc based on your customizing details like fabrics, logo prints and more customizing details. Sample fee can refund when order reaches certain quantities. Our typical lead time is 7~10 workdays.

Q.: What’s your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for custom activewear?

A: Normally, our MOQ is 600 pcs/style for cut-and-sew type. However, it is flexible for clothing startups. For example, if you need to use stock fabric without MOQ limited, we can produce in small quantity and less MOQ.

Q. What’s your payment terms?

A: Normally, our payment term is 30% deposit in advance when order confirms, 7and 0% balance paid against the copy of B/L. It is negotiable based on the situation of cooperation.

Q: How long is the production and bulk delivery lead time?

A: Generally, our bulk delivery time is 45~60 days after PP sample approved. So we suggest to do fabric L/D and fit sample approve in advance. And the delivery time depends on shipping methods, volume of finished products, local customs and specific destinations. For example, it takes 7-15 workdays to ship products to US by air. 

Q: How many production lines and equipment do you have to support your manufacturing?

A: Our apparel production capability comes as below:

- Pre-production & Inspection: 1 Fabric inspection machine, 1 Pre-shrinking Machine, 1 Automatic-cutting and spreading machine, 1 Panel-cutting machine, 4 molding machines

-Sewing: 4 assemble sewing lines, 8 cloth hanging systems, 20 pcs of 4-needle-6-thread flatlock sewing machines, 30 pcs of 3-Needle-5-thread Overlock sewing machines, 97 pcs of other sewing machines and 13 pcs of ironing machines.

Q: What’s your production capacity per month？

A: Around 300,000pcs/month average. 

Q.: How do you control the quality for activewear?

A: We have a comprehensive product inspection process starts from fabrics inspection such as shrinkage, stretch and color fastness checking for fabrics, then cutting panels inspection, in-line product inspection as well as finished product inspection to ensure product quality.

Q: Do you provide eco-friendly or recycled fabric options for activewear?

A: Sure! Sustainability is one of essential qualities for Arabella Clothing. We have experience in providing sustainable activewear and athleisure in the past for our clients and our fabrics developing department owns capabilities to provide you sustainable fabrics based on your demand. For example, recycled polyester or nylon, tencel, as well as natural fabrics like merino wool, bamboo, pima cotton and more.
